Professional use
CoClinica is a clinician-facing drafting, educational, organizational, and clinical-reasoning support workspace. It is intended for licensed or appropriately supervised behavioral health professionals. It is not designed for direct use by clients or minors.
De-identified information only
Do not enter protected health information or details that identify a client. Automated screening may recognize some common identifiers, but it cannot verify that information is fully de-identified. The clinician is responsible for reviewing every entry before submission.
Clinician review
CoClinica does not independently assess, diagnose, select treatment, determine medical necessity, establish a level of care, or make risk decisions. Review and adapt every result using the complete clinical picture, current standards, client preferences, cultural context, scope of practice, consultation, and supervision when appropriate.
Specialized approaches
References to specialized or protocol-based approaches do not provide training, certification, or authorization to practice them. Use interventions only within your competence and applicable professional requirements.
Emergencies and high-risk decisions
CoClinica is not a crisis service or emergency resource. Do not rely on it for imminent-risk assessment, emergency instructions, hospitalization, discharge, medication, or other consequential decisions. Follow your setting's policies and applicable emergency procedures.
Client-facing materials
Review all client-facing summaries, activities, and PDFs before sharing them. Use your organization's approved communication and documentation channels. CoClinica is not an electronic health record or secure client portal.
